1:1 Training

In the 1 to 1 training you receive a customized training focused on your capabilities and goals. The complete attention of the trainer allows you to train in an efficient and specific way, so to reach more ambitious goals in a shorter time.

Personal training for small groups

Are you a group of friends pursuing the same goals and you like to train together yet with an individualised focus? Our trainings for small groups (1 to 5 people) cover it!

This offer combines the principles of 1 to 1 training with the ones of group training.

For a training up to 5 people the cost of a normal 1 to 1 training can be divided among the participants.
