small group Training

Do you share a common goal or simply enjoy training together? Then our small group training with individual coaching is perfect for you! In groups of up to five people, you can train effectively while still benefiting from personalized guidance. The big advantage? The cost of one-on-one coaching is split among all participants, making it more affordable. You can choose your training date and time, allowing for maximum flexibility.
