Our group trainings offer the same program for all, but everyone trains according to their respective abilities. Upon request we also offer individualised group trainings – this means that you train in a group but are given a personalized training, tailored specifically on your needs, abilities and goals.

Personaltraining

1:1 Training

In the 1 to 1 training you receive a customized training focused on your capabilities and goals. The complete attention of the trainer allows you to train in an efficient and specific way, so to reach more ambitious goals in a shorter time.

Personal training for small groups

Are you a group of friends pursuing the same goals and you like to train together yet with an individualised focus? Our trainings for small groups (1 to 5 people) cover it!

This offer combines the principles of 1 to 1 training with the ones of group training.

For a training up to 5 people the cost of a normal 1 to 1 training can be divided among the participants.

You do not have time when the lessons take place or you prefer to train on your own?

No worries, SPORTORT welcomes you too!

NB: Although it is possible to train independently while the lessons take place,

priority is given to the class. This means that if the class is training e.g. in the boxing area,

you are required to train within another area during that time slot.

Athletic Training for Teams

We analyze your sport through a requirement profile and use the results as foundation to develop a training plan that takes into account the specific needs of the individual athletes as well as those of the team. We believe that good communication plays a fundamental role in the success of team sports - notably injuries could often be avoided by ensuring a better understanding between the parts. In order to grant a sustainable development for the team it is important for us to establish a good communication between athletes, coaches, conditioning team and physio team.

And if an injury does occur, the in-house SPORTORT therapy enables professional care throughout the entire healing process.

IN-SEASON

During the in-season training, the focus is on maintaining performance and targeting corrections. We develop training plans and introduce them to the team. Afterwards, the trainings mostly continue independently. Every 6-8 weeks, the training plans are adapted and reintroduced to the team. 

Off-Season

A good preparation is the key to success. Optimal and varied off-season preparation keeps the spirit high and strengthens positive dynamics within the group. This is the cornerstone to give full commitment throughout the preparation. In combination with the right stimuli, athletes can achieve new top performances even during the off-season.
