Athletic Training for Teams

We analyze your sport through a requirement profile and use the results as foundation to develop a training plan that takes into account the specific needs of the individual athletes as well as those of the team. We believe that good communication plays a fundamental role in the success of team sports - notably injuries could often be avoided by ensuring a better understanding between the parts. In order to grant a sustainable development for the team it is important for us to establish a good communication between athletes, coaches, conditioning team and physio team.

And if an injury does occur, the in-house SPORTORT therapy enables professional care throughout the entire healing process.

IN-SEASON

During the in-season training, the focus is on maintaining performance and targeting corrections. We develop training plans and introduce them to the team. Afterwards, the trainings mostly continue independently. Every 6-8 weeks, the training plans are adapted and reintroduced to the team. 

Off-Season

A good preparation is the key to success. Optimal and varied off-season preparation keeps the spirit high and strengthens positive dynamics within the group. This is the cornerstone to give full commitment throughout the preparation. In combination with the right stimuli, athletes can achieve new top performances even during the off-season.
