«I grew up playing soccer, and then also practised track and field and swimming before finding my way to lacrosse, which I still practise today as my main sport. My second great passion is CrossFit, of which I am both an athlete and a coach. Friends and family call me a "sport maniac".
SPORTORT enables me to make the world of athletic training accessible to people coming from all kinds of sport.»

Since my internship in summer 2023, I have been part of SPORTORT as a coach. I truly appreciate the diversity of personalities, the joy of movement, and the professional environment.

I am a trainer, researcher, and sports enthusiast with diverse experience in sports and at SPORTORT. My journey has taken me through various roles—as a former athlete, KSW leader, coach of a SPORTORT-supported team, admin assistant, training guest, and coach.
My main sport is floorball, and when it comes to training, I enjoy everything—except what isn’t fun!
When I’m not at SPORTORT, I enjoy sports as a spectator, especially floorball and soccer, or stay active myself.

I work full-time as a university sports teacher at the ASVZ, where I am responsible for the fitness centers and the sailing school. At SPORTORT, I appreciate the training philosophy, the expertise of the coaches, and the work with high-performance athletes.
I am quite multisportive and love all types of movement. Originally from judo and snow sports, my favorite sports today include ice hockey, windsurfing, wing foiling, and biking. To stay fit for these activities, I prefer training with kettlebells and free weights.
My equipment favorite is definitely the kettlebells. In coaching, I am passionate about working with teams, whether in the gym, hall, or on the field.
When I’m not at SPORTORT, I love staying active—whether it’s with my family on the water and in the mountains or with friends playing ice hockey, inline hockey, or pond hockey.

The diversity of the human musculoskeletal system and movement learning fascinates me. The older I got and the more I immersed myself in parkour and freestyle sports, the more I became interested in the scientific and didactic aspects of movement. I decided to study sports science in Magglingen to expand my horizons. Now, I am seizing the opportunity through SPORTORT to share my knowledge about the human body and its movements with others.

In addition to coaching junior volleyball, I handle administrative tasks at SPORTORT and support the team wherever I can.

I’m especially passionate about coaching groups and teams, helping them achieve progress together while sharing the joy of sport.
