Performance diagnostics

SPORTORT performance diagnostics

Performance diagnostics is used to assess your current performance level and to determine your training zones. The test can take place either on a bike or on a treadmill and consists in starting to ride/run at a low intensity level, and then adjusting your pace while the intensity gradually augments. The load increases every three minutes until you can no longer withstand it. During the test, your heart rate and blood lactate concentration (how much acid is present in your blood) are measured and allow to define your individual training zones. During the evaluation, you will be explained how to use the test results to optimally plan your training. Performance diagnostics enables your trainings to be more efficient and improves your performance.
