BOXING FOR KIDS
(Kindergarten 2 to Grade 6)
The versatile fighting and wrestling classes promote conditioning, coordination, and a love for movement. True to the SPORTORT philosophy, the training sessions are so much fun that the effort feels minimal and you’ll make progress in no time. Through playful and combat partner exercises (no full contact in this course), participants will get to know and better control their own bodies. The focus is on showing respect to others, the trainer and understanding one's own strength. In this course and in martial arts in general, participants will learn the values of respect, discipline, and patience;values that will benefit them both inside and outside of SPORTORT.
